EYES

Then, with your hands, cup your eyes.  While the lids are closed, move your eyes back and forth, from one side to the other, about a dozen times.  This helps to balance your right and left brain.

Close and cup your left eye with your left hand.  Move the right hand like a trombone in and out in front of the open right eye, and focus on the palm of your hand moving in and out.  Do this a few times, then switch sides.  This exercise strengthens the eye muscles.

FACE

There are 43 Muscles in the face.  Lightly tap your face for about 15 seconds.

With the palms of your hands, tightly stretch and hold each side of your face in a smiling position.  While doing this, try to un-smile your mouth to strengthen your mouth muscles.   Do this several times.

UPPER CHEST

Vigorously tap the upper part of your chest with your hands, one side then the other side, as if you are playing bongo drums.  This helps to drain the bronchi.

ARMS

Cup your right hand hard on your left arm at the shoulder and squeeze.  Work your way down to your wrist.

Then, place your hand under your arm with the thumb on the inside and the first finger on the outside, and massage the lymph nodes under the arm.

Repeat this procedure with the left hand on the right arm.

 HANDS & FINGERS

Massage your left hand with your right hand.  Stretch each finger.  Then, with your thumb on top of your nail and your first finger underneath, press each finger a few times.  Repeat this on the right hand.  Then, move your fingers on both hands as if you are playing the piano in the air.

Do this several times.  If your joints are cracking, you are consuming the wrong foods, may have calcium deposits in the soft tissues, or may be deficient in various minerals.

A hair analysis, which I highly recommend, can determine your long-term body chemistry imbalances or deficiencies.

Then, connect your hands by interlocking your fingers on your head with your elbows stretched out, to straighten your upper spine.  Feel the muscles stretch in your upper arms and chest.

LEGS & FEET

With your right knee bent and foot flat on the bed, lift your left leg straight up as far towards your head as possible.

Hold on to the thigh with both hands.  Circle your foot at the ankle a few times.  With both hands, massage and shake your thighs back and forth to promote circulation.

Then place the side of your left foot onto your right thigh just above the knee area.  With both hands, cup and squeeze your tibia from the knee to the ankle.

Then do the same with the calf muscle area.

Then, with both hands, massage your left foot hard to promote circulation.  Use your thumbs to press on the heel, arch, and ball of the foot.  Then press and massage with your thumbs on the top of your toes.

Then cup your hands on the foot and slide your hands with one higher than the other, all the way to the top of the leg.

Repeat this exercise on the right leg and foot.

With both legs straight, shoulders flat on the bed, and arms spread out, palms down, lift the left leg halfway up and carefully stretch it all the way to the right as far as it will go.

Do the same with the right leg.  This will straighten your lower back and hip area.
