For example, the foods listed below are highly beneficial DNA foods that activate all the cell functions to help keep you young and healthy. Chlorella and seaweed are among the highest sources of nucleic acid.  Other good sources are calf liver, sardines, mackerel, salmon roe, soybeans, various nuts, and shitake and various other varieties.

In addition,  we have to keep in mind that vegetables and fruits add more than nutrients. They are also a valuable source of enzymes and energy that plants absorb in the form of light emitted by the sun.  This form of an electric charge activates our cells which also produces energy. I believe that there is a union between humans, food grown in good soil, and the cosmos.

Other forms of vital energy come from good soil itself,  which is a living organism. Vegetable growth and energy absorption are derived from a balanced, healthy soil— never from a sick soil. Chemical fertilizers and especially insecticides and pesticides make a plant sick and interfere with the energy source coming from the soil.

Vegetables and fruits grown in sick soil have a poor electric charge, and so cannot transfer energy to our cells. This knowledge helps to better understand why food and diet are so important to maintain health and prevent cancer.

One rarely thinks how their body is functioning and how it may suffer when they live on junk food. Just remember that the body’s digestive and enzymatic systems were developed about 3 million years ago and utilized primitive food grown naturally on the planet.

The human genome is practically the same and has changed only 0.5%, meaning it accepts only natural, real food, not processed food.

As a consequence of consuming processed junk food, our bodies have been harmed and developed all kinds of chronic, degenerative, and infectious diseases where modern medicine seems totally disarmed to overcome. Diseases of Civilization, as we call them, have dangerously increased after WWII because of food industrialization that had started just after that time.
