In addition, she served on the Nutrition Advisory Board for Let’s Live magazine and as the Healthcare Board Member for the South Palm Beach Chapter of the National Organization for Women.
In the Pacific region, Lady Davis worked with her late husband, Sir Tom Davis in his medical practice/surgery, political career, diplomatic work, and various Pacific Island programs. She was one of the founding members of South Seas University (SSU) and serves as its CEO.
Lady Davis has also served as a Director and Chaperone for the Miss Teen Australia and World Supermodel Pageants and International Wildlife Ambassador for the Wildlife Protection Association of Australia (WPAA).
Currently, Lady Davis is a Contributing Editor for The New Zealand Journal of Natural Medicine and Masters of Health Magazine. Plus, she serves as Peace Ambassador for the Universal Peace Federation (UPF), on the Board of Trustees for the Sir James Mancham International Centre for Peace Studies and Diplomacy, and Cabinet Minister of Environment with the Global Energy Parliament (GEP).
Lady Carla Davis, MPH, is a Nutrition Consultant and Writer with over 40 years of experience. She earned a Master of Public Health in Nutrition and a Master Certification in Reiki and Feng Shui. Lady Davis also studied with various notable professionals, including her late husband, Sir Thomas Davis, MD, KBE, the late Dr. Bernard Jensen, and Dr. Reza Chowdhury.
Her early studies included ballet and music at The Juilliard School in NYC and Polynesian dance in Hawaii. Also, she worked as a model and designer in the fashion industry.
Her subsequent education, training, and work experience entailed international travel in the airline/travel industry; property development/resort/business management; and consulting in the art and film industries. For over two decades, she (as Carla Cassata) maintained a private Nutrition/Iridology practice in Maui, Hawaii, and Boca Raton, Florida, where she also designed tropical gardens.
