DIRECTIONS

Topical use: Dilute with a carrier oil and apply behind the ears, wrist, over solar plexus, upper stomach, or bottom of the feet.

Combine one to two drops with your favorite moisturizer and apply to the face, neck, and décolletage.

Blends well with Clary sage, Marjoram, Helichrysum, Geranium, Spikenard and wintergreen.

Diffuse / Aromatic: Inhale from the bottle.
