I use a drop or two under my tongue every morning and usually a couple more times throughout the day to help keep my head clear.
If I feel overwhelmed,
I grab Frankincense.
If I feel overly emotional,
I grab Frankincense.
If I feel cloudy and unable to focus or concentrate, I grab Frankincense.
If I feel depressed or anxious,
I grab Frankincense.
I either put a drop under my tongue or rub it in over my heart, so I can breathe it in. I use it in the diffuser as well, but in these moments of higher need, I like to get oils on me and in my system as fast as possible. Internally (under the tongue) is the fastest way to get them in our bodies, and topically would be second.
