brain dysfunction, poor memory, and oxidized lipid rings visible in the brain area of the iris. This indicates aging has already started. Chronic constipation is a plaque associated with many symptoms, diseases, and premature aging.

For me, observation of the iris is vital as it can show the exact condition of the colon structure.  Plus, dark areas reveal toxins and feces accumulation. It can also show poor liver, lymphatic congestion, chronic stress, oxidized fat in blood circulation, and excess sodium and calcium in the brain. The white or white\brown ring often indicates a step toward Alzheimer’s disease if not yet declared.

In Dr. Jensen’s master book Iridology, The Science and Practice in the Healing Art, page 440, Dr. Bernard Jensen mentions that Iridology is an important but neglected diagnostic tool in identifying Alzheimer’s disease.

While in my practice, I have observed the irises of many cases of Alzheimer’s disease. Also, the irises of patients with similar markings a few years before they were diagnosed with the disease. This included several family members diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. A diet high in damaged fats/oils, fried food, and refined salt circulate in the bloodstream to the brain and deposits tissue in the neurons. I recall a 26-year-old woman with large dark brown rings visible in the brain area of her iris.  This indicated a poor diet with damaged fats/oils, leading to early cognitive disorder and depression, etc.

However, ‘the sodium ring’ can be inherited.  Thus, it is visible in the youngest. But, as I recall, 50-40 years ago, such an iris brain signal did not appear in young people as it does today.  What you enter into the blood circulates to feed the cells and the mitochondria.  It can produce health or disease, including healthy intestinal and liver function, good blood circulation, or premature aging and Alzheimer

Using iridology for several decades, I observed thousands of irises in patients, which allowed me to establish aging signs in my iris chart. I published a small document: How to Interpret Iris Signs to Profile Aging.
