To avoid aging prematurely and looking like a mummy, it is vital to be healthy and look good, even when you are older.


When buying food or planning meals, firstly, change your diet from highly processed food (junk food) to a wholesome, organic diet, preferably grown by regenerative agriculture.  Also, drink pure spring water free of chemicals such as fluoride, toxic metals and chemicals, PFAS, PFOS, glyphosate, atrazine, neurotoxins, endocrine disruptors, and pharmaceutical drugs.


I call processed food empty food because it is void of nutrients and fiber and often contains damaged fats/oils, sugar, and GMOs. 

This kind of food causes an insulin spike (glycemia) which is responsible for a global epidemic of obesity, diabetes, and chronic degenerative diseases, including cancer and heart disease.
