A Very Short History of Me

The early part of my life was as dark as a subterranean bat cave, I was autistic. I was lost, numb, confused and couldn't feel or communicate anything, totally ineffective in the world. But now for the past several decades I've been in an extremely steady, emotionally healthy, nearly unshakeable, state of well being, joyful, successful and happy. My emergence from that pain was actually miraculous (see last month's article) and now, only at extreme times like this, did I ever have or feel a dip drop in my emotions.

After decades of feeling good myself, I went professional at it and I've now helped (with my products, services, speaking, and classes) several thousand people exit depression, fear, anxiety, dark self torture, and negativity immersion by teaching them simply how to feel good! Sadly, its not common knowledge though i believe it should be....

If everyone knew what feeling good was like what a different world we'd have, ay? No war, no pain, high self esteem, self congruence and little to no inner or outer conflict

Happiness is at the heart of life, its natural to us all, we're hardwired with it, but we've been taught to deny it in favor of getting "stuff" or approval, accumulating power or feeling victimized. That's wrong and highly self alienating.

I fully believe we can all reclaim it, that innocent childlike awe, fascination, satisfaction and joy that animates our life force. And I also believe the process can be accelerated by some simple principles anyone can learn quickly and easily and apply. I've done it. I teach it, I live it!
