I’m going to be direct. Our kids are not as healthy as they should be.

Over 45 years in pediatric practice, I’ve watched a clear shift. What used to be occasional, acute illness has been replaced by something very different…chronic conditions that don’t just pass. “They’ll grow out of it…” doesn’t work anymore. Asthma. Autoimmune disorders. Neurodevelopmental challenges. Persistent digestive issues. Metabolic chaos.

This is now the baseline for far too many families.

And it didn’t happen by accident.

The environment our children are growing up in has changed dramatically. The food supply, chemical exposures, and even the way we approach medicine today all play a role. Yet most parents are left trying to navigate this without a clear framework.

That’s why I wrote, Making Our Children Well: A Parent’s Guidebook. Empowering Parents with Nutrition and Homeopathy.

This book is the result of decades of clinical experience, combined with what we now understand about how children’s health actually works at a foundational level. I focus on what matters most: how nutrition shapes resilience, how the gut microbiome influences development, how everyday environmental exposures quietly accumulate, and how to support the body’s ability to regulate and heal.

It’s organized from preconception through adolescence, because timing matters and what you do early changes everything downstream.

Most importantly, it’s practical.

This is about what you can actually do in your home, starting now: how to build a food environment that supports your child instead of working against them, how to reduce exposures that are often overlooked, and how to approach common conditions with a broader, more effective toolkit.

If you’ve been part of this community, you already understand what’s at stake.
