The reason I’m sharing this with you is because I know how troubling these past 2 years have been for most people. Suicide rates are way up because many people didn’t know how to find those quiet, serene places where they could escape the chaos. Depression is also at an all-time high because many people have been isolated from those they love and are used to spending time with. Children have been very hard hit as they have been prevented from their usual friendships and camaraderie of their classrooms. Everyone needs a quiet serene place to regroup and enjoy the beauty.

I am convinced that if people would have just turned off the TV and taken a walk outside or turned on some music and closed their eyes, even with all the restrictions, things would not have been as difficult.

I believe that we need to wean ourselves off of the ever-present TV programming and change our focus. TV programming seems to be designed to elicit fear at every turn. Numbers are inflated and manipulated to program the viewers into actions that they would never otherwise consider. It is surprising to see some people still wearing masks in stores even though multiple studies show that they are useless; even the CDC has admitted as such. These people have been programed to think that they are only safe if they wear the mask. I wonder if they will ever take them off.

As more and more information come out regarding the adverse effects of the injections, those of us who warned about these possibilities are now shown to be not so crazy. Yet, higher powers continue to double down and mandate them anyway. We can react with frustration and continue to fight or go to our serene retreat to maintain sanity and health.

When finding serenity, some battles we need to win and some we need to let go of. 

It’s kind of like the Serenity Prayer:

God, grant me the Serenity

To accept the things I cannot change...

Courage to change the things I can,

And Wisdom to know the difference.
