If you speak to one hundred people, you will receive 100 polarized views on the climate issue. What do we call it? Climate change, global warming, climate crisis, or a myriad of other labels and descriptors that keep us busy debating the language as we watch whatever it is called being exploited and worse. We no longer have the luxury of globally debating who or what is causing our weather chaos. At this point, it really doesn’t matter because the cost of doing nothing is catastrophic for Mother Earth.
The life of every child born today will be profoundly affected by the degradation of our environment, with populations around the world increasingly facing extremes of weather, food and water insecurity, changing patterns of infectious disease, and a less certain future.
