have all been teetering on the edge of PTSD for some time now.

The coronavirus crisis was all that was needed for our magnesium deficient world to collectively be pushed over the edge into full-blown PTSD.

As grim as this reality is, please know

there is a way out.

As I mentioned above, magnesium supplementation is proven to reverse PTSD.

It’s important to reiterate that research demonstrates that oral administration of magnesium results in, at best, a 30% absorption rate, whereas trans-dermal application results in immediate and far superior intracellular absorption.

It bears mentioning that millions of people suffer a disruption of the integrity of the intestinal mucosa, causing leaky gut/intestinal permeability, which results in decreased oral nutrient absorption as a result of factors such as consuming gluten, damaged oils, processed foods, refined sugar, fluoride, pharmaceutical drugs, and glyphosate residue in food.

All these factors disrupt the integrity of the intestinal mucosa and result in decreased nutrient absorption. As a result, I suspect that future research will prove that people are absorbing far less of oral supplements than previous research stated.

There is also growing research in support of superior magnesium absorption using trans-dermal administration. For example, one study examining magnesium administration via skin found, “A larger percentage rise in both serum and urinary markers from pre to post intervention compared with subjects using the placebo cream.” https://journals.plos.org/plosone/article?id=10.1371/journal.pone.0174817

For all the above reasons, it is clear that we all need transdermal magnesium supplementation now more than ever.

Together, we will leave no body on the battlefield of PTSD.

Wishing you all the love in this world and beyond,

Dr. Jamie Turndorf, Ph.D.
