Frequency Effects on Body Organs

by Steve Rees, Ret. RN, Harpist

Recently, my wife forwarded an article about how different frequencies affect different organs in our bodies. Each organ responds to different frequencies. When we know which frequencies are involved, we can use them for specific organ therapy. With that understanding, I decided to write an article as a resource to identify this phenomenon.

“In vibrational therapy and sound healing practices, specific frequencies are believed to resonate with different organs in the body, helping to balance their function and promote healing.

This concept is based on the idea that each organ has its unique resonant frequency, and stimulating it with the corresponding frequency can restore harmony and optimal performance.”

The article went on to describe the main principles behind this approach, which include:

“Resonance Effect: Every organ or tissue in the body has a natural vibrational frequency. By applying the corresponding sound frequency through tuning forks or other sound devices, the resonance effect can promote healing and recovery.

Energy Pathways (Meridians): In Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), organs are

associated with specific meridian points and energy pathways. Sound frequencies are sometimes applied to these points to restore energy flow.

Mind-Body Connection: Physical healing is closely related to emotional and mental well-being. Certain frequencies may reduce stress, which indirectly improves the function of internal organs.”

Recently, I participated in an interview with two other people, one of whom was a Naturopathic Doctor named Dr. Alphonzo V. Monzo III. He wrote a book titled Aleph-Tav Body System, which describes a system he has developed for restoring energy flows through the body. Here is one of his explanations.

Each of us is a collection of molecules vibrating away, producing a measurable energetic expression, a fingerprint-like energetic signature. When you meet someone new and just “click” -  that is how your body tells you that the two of you are resonating well with each other.

On the other hand, we have all walked into a place that makes us uncomfortable or gives off “bad vibes.” Again, that is resonance at work. Your body is picking up on the subtle vibrations in that space that create unease.

The way one object or person resonates will influence the way another object or person resonates, which is easily observed with tuning forks. If you strike a 444 Hz fork and hold it next to another fork that wasnt struck, it too will begin to vibrate in a very subtle way.

For the same reason, one person laughing will often cause a whole group to laugh, or one angry person can walk into the room and ruin the mood of everyone else there.
