When you focus on silence and its tiny sounds, you resonate with higher-dimensional subtle energy. Spiritual leaders have revered the subtle energy received by listening to silence, as stated in Hindu and Biblical sources: The Bible (Revelations 14:2) refers to this inner hearing: "And I heard the voice from heaven. Like the sound of many waters, like the sound of thunder, the voice I heard was like the sounds of harpers playing on their harps".

Many believed this subtle energy field underneath our reality could be mined for free energy. In days gone by, it has been called chi, prana, life force, ether, and more. We can access this field through silence. Worldwide, ancient spiritual leaders encouraged attention to subtleties in sound, believing that this focus developed one’s psychic gifts. Listening to softer and softer sounds increases one’s ability to identify “higher-dimensional” energy, opening clairaudience.

High-frequency solar flares impacting high-frequency radio communications also could cause these tinnitus-like sounds.

Tinnitus, which results from ear damage, is a constant sound with no change in volume. In contrast, these tiny sounds vary in pitch and volume, not from tinnitus.

Mystics highly regard the power of listening to these internal sounds and believe this practice is an essential path to enlightenment. As we improve our hearing abilities, we receive benefits. Numerous mystics and sages credit the proper use of sound as the source of great wisdom; it offers profound spiritual growth, putting pilgrims on the spiritual fast track.
