He told me that he had a 35 acre sanctuary where he would release them to live, however they wanted.
I ask him if he has a business of harvesting honey and selling it?
"I sell a little bit of honey, but not much" he told me. He made enough money from bee removals and didn't feel like he had to get more out of it. He knew there was big demand for local honey but preferred a different relationship to the bees.
