The Wins
And we are making extraordinary progress. Together, with our more than 700K advocates and 38 state directors, we have achieved 72 victories to date.
Our approach was strategic and decisive with each of these battles, and the results speak for themselves:
* We helped pass the Foster Family law in Tennessee to provide religious and moral conviction exemptions to vaccination requirements for foster family household members.
* We protected minors' and parents' rights in Kentucky, Tennessee, Georgia, Indiana, Maryland, North Carolina, and Tennessee.
* We prevented the forced expansion of
School-based Health Centers without guardrails in Maryland.
* We defended informed consent with a bill that will inform a parent/student of exemptions whether public or private, from daycare to college.
* We fought back against mandatory vaccines, masking, and testing and protected religious exemptions in California, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, and New Jersey.
* We preserved access to alternative health providers in South Carolina.
* We prevented the creation of a “Disinformation Ministry” that would severely limit free speech in Washington.
* We secured data privacy and prevented digital health credentials in Georgia, Indiana, and Missouri.
* We stopped a third-party database in Iowa.
* We safeguarded access to children’s medical records in Kentucky and Tennessee.
* We helped protect our skies by banning geoengineering in Tennessee.
* We reinforced food transparency laws by helping Tennessee put “drug labels” on food that contains vaccines and helping Louisiana pass a raw milk bill enabling residents to buy the product in their own grocery stores.
* We helped a county in Florida ban fluoride in their water supply.
* We have limited the power of the WHO, stifling their attempt to enforce a global health agenda. On a federal level, we educated citizens and lawmakers and, as a result, 60 representatives have signed on to co-sponsor legislation to exit the WHO. And on a state level, we helped to create and pass a law in Louisiana prohibiting the WHO and other international agencies from having jurisdiction there.
Our voices are clearly being heard. Legislators at all levels of government are seeing our collective strength, making it easier for those who want to stand with us and harder for those who do not.
These measurable impacts do not even account for the immeasurable impact of those people who now stand with more resolve, understanding that they can exercise their God-given rights to live naturally and to find their authority within to care for their families.
We know that the enemy poisons society with fear. But if we are educated and unafraid to boldly raise our voices, their power is diminished. Standing for health freedom, living and nurturing ourselves and our families with autonomy: this is the antidote. And like all battles throughout history, real or theoretical, this work will never be easy. But it will always be worth it.
We’ve heard that some have given up and become cynical about our future, but as long as we have breath, we have hope. We must resolutely take this hill for our children and grandchildren and their future.
As one of our founding fathers, Benjamin Franklin, said, we have the gift of freedom.
“A republic, if you can keep it,” he said.
And with committed citizens like you by our side, we will.
