Since I could not live in a bubble, so to speak, I decided to consciously change my environment while connecting to the power of my choices and thoughts. I started shifting my focus away from what was bad and on to what is good. I did this with all of my choices. I focused on the food that was natural and healthy, on the water that was pure from a spring, and the biggest shift was in my thoughts. Replacing the fear and negative thoughts by focusing on good thoughts and emotions helped me heal. It was this process that I went through that attracted me to the fascinating work of Dr. Masaru Emoto and the power of consciousness.
