In our own research/clinical application of RBAC, we have been using molecular markers testing and have checked deeper into how RBAC may upregulate pro-apoptotic proteins and downregulate anti-apoptotic proteins alone or with the support of other natural agents such curcumin which also work in synergy with RBAC (16). What is interesting about RBAC is that first it can be taken on a long term basis without hypo-responsiveness and toxicity compared to many other natural compounds (See figure 5) and mushrooms. RBAC has also shown higher immune activity compared to other compounds probably the reason being due to an offering of more anticancer effects.
RBAC is available as MGN3 in Europe; now available in the US as BRM4 (MGN3 in the past).
