INGREDIENTS

5 Tbsp of NOW Amaranth

5 Tbsp of NOW Quinoa (corn-free)

3-4 cups of pure revitalized or Spring Water

2 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp of Flax Seeds

2 Tbsp of Pumpkin Seeds (dark green)

2 Tbsp of Zante Currents or Raisins - more or less for sweetness (NO oil)

1-2 Tbsp of unsalted Butter (adjust to taste)

8 shakes of Cinnamon - more or less to taste

¼ cup of Walnuts (raw, no oil)

¼-⅓ cup of Cream (optional for blood types A, B, & AB)

SEEDED PORRIDGE WITH WALNUTS,

CURRENTS, & CINNAMON
