The Right to Peace
Beneath one sky, we all reside,
Across the seas, so vast and wide,
From every land, each creed, each face,
We share one truth: the need for grace.
No flag, no race, no faith, no wall,
Can break the bond that binds us all.
For peace is ours, by birth, by right,
A flame that burns through darkest night.
From deserts dry to forests green,
In every heart, the dream is seen.
A world where love and kindness reign,
Where none shall suffer war’s cruel pain.
Each culture sings its sacred song,
Each people strive to right the wrong.
Diverse in voices, yet as one,
We march beneath a common sun.
Let not our colors sow divide,
But blend in beauty, side by side.
For every soul, no matter small,
Deserves the peace that holds us all.
So let us stand, united, strong,
Against the tides of hate and wrong.
Through prayers, through words, through steps we take,
A tapestry of peace we’ll make.
For every child, in every land,
Deserves to hold a peaceful hand.
And every heart, both young and old,
Shall know the warmth of peace untold.
The right to peace, the right to live,
Is ours to cherish, ours to give.
Let nations heed this timeless plea:
Peace is for all, for you, for me.
