Patients were randomized into two groups: 25 patients were included in the first (main) group, which had traditional therapy (diathermoconification of the cervix), and rehabilitation with vaginal suppositories containing 0.5 g of amaranth oil, during 20 days once a day starting from next day after surgery.

The third (control) group consisted of 25 patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasia CIN II, who had undergone a traditional treatment (DTC) without additional therapy during the rehabilitation stage. All groups were comparable according to the age. Evaluating the effectiveness of rehabilitation activities was conducted in the dynamics of reparation in 4-5 weeks and 3 months after surgical treatment.

It should be noted that all patients received a comprehensive anti-inflammatory anti-inflammatory therapy in the first stage, taking into account previous results of the bacteriological and virological examination.

The rate of regeneration of the wound surface, the occurrence of complications in the postoperative period in the form of bleeding, relapses of the underlying disease, as well as subjective sensations of comfort women were evaluated. All patients had colposcopic, cytological, histologic with morphometry tests.

It should be noted that polyunsaturated fatty acids: linolenic acid (Omega-3) - 3%, linoleic acid (Omega-6) - 49%, the main active substances of the amarant oil, which was proposed to women of the main group for the purpose of post-operative rehabilitation, are polyunsaturated fatty acids. Oleinic acid (Omega-9) - 25%; Palmitic acid - 18%; Stearic acid - 4%; Vitamin E is a particularly active tonotrienol form, which is 10 times more potent antioxidant than the usual tocopherol form and the main component is squalene. Squalan is an oxygen donor. This hydrocarbon, which interacts with the water molecule in the body, produces active oxygen. It also participates in the synthesis of steroid hormones and cholesterol.

Consequently, due to the above-mentioned active substances, Amaranth seed oil, which is part of suppositories, has a pronounced anti-inflammatory, reparative, cytoprotective, antioxidant and immunomodulatory effect, which is extremely important in the postoperative period to increase the intensity of the trophic and reparative processes of the epithelium cervix and reducing the risk of postoperative complications. In this case, the contraindications to the use of this drug are minimal - increased individual sensitivity to the components of the drug.

Research results:

The results of the research conducted in the dynamics of treatment indicate that the use of the proposed method of rehabilitation in women of the main group after surgical treatment of the pathology of the cervix has allowed to 1.7 times reduce the period of regeneration of the postoperative surface (Fig. 1), reduce the probability of bleeding to 3.3% in in the postoperative period, in contrast to the comparison group, that did not receive treatment with the indicated drug. The level of comfort was higher by 50% compared with the traditional management group, which greatly improved the social quality of life of patients (Fig. 2).

We emphasize that after the diathermoconification of the cervix in combination with the proposed therapy, relapses of the disease were not registered.

At the same time, in the control group, recurrence of disease was detected in 6 (24.0%) patients (Fig. 3).

In the main group of studies, we have not found any side effects of the use of additional therapy. All patients noted the good tolerance of the proposed supositories with Amaranth seed oil.
