Mixed oxidizers have an erratic metabolism.  One of their two energy-producing glands, the thyroid or the adrenals, is slow, while the other is fast.  Stabilizing them is done accordingly.  For example, calcium slows down the thyroid gland, and potassium speeds it up.  A high sodium/magnesium ratio speeds up the adrenal glands.  A high magnesium/sodium ratio slows down the adrenal glands. 

 

The rarely balanced oxidizer has the most efficient metabolism.

 As you can see, in addition to dietary basics, different factors require different nutritional needs.  AVOID radical diets or quick fixes that make unrealistic promises.  Eat consciously and organically with these dietary basics and your specific needs, and consult with a knowledgeable nutritionist.
