DIRECTIONS:

Soak the almonds in hot water overnight.  Then, peel them under running water.  For a quicker method, soak them in boiled water from 30-60 minutes or until the almonds easily pop out of the skin.  Add the almonds into a blending container.

Wash the peach, or rinse the sliced peaches and add it/them into the container.

Rinse the prunes, remove the pits, and add them into the mixture.

Add the yogurt and water.  In cold weather, use boiled water to warm the smoothie.

Blend the ingredients into a creamy smoothie.

ENJOY for breakfast!
