1 lb/500g of organic chicken livers
1 Red onion (medium to large)
½ Cup of pure revitalized or spring water (more or less to prevent drying)
1 Tbsp of unsalted butter or ghee (make sure it is not rancid)
6 Shakes of dried turmeric; or 1-2 turmeric rhizomes grated or chopped
2-4 Shakes or ginger powder; or 2-4 slices of raw ginger
2 Scallions chopped
6-9 Shakes of Curry powder
1 Tsp of Celtic light gray seasalt
