Do you ever feel like you have no reason to worry,
but you're worried anyway?
What if life just kind of passes by? What if I don’t feel like I’m accomplishing anything? What if I end up regretting these decisions I make in 5, 10, 20 years?
The brilliant Paul Simon put these feelings into his beautiful song "Slip Slidin’ Away," and I made a 432 hz version, click on the video below to enjoy it.
The lyrics to the song may feel pessimistic, but when I was singing it, I felt a warm connection to it, like yes, we have regrets, make mistakes and twists and turns in life, but what if we could, at any point, turn it all around?
What if, instead of giving into my worry, I can do something about it? And isn’t that what life is about anyway… learning from mistakes and making it better?
